History
William V. Victor (?-1998) was the son-in-law of Joseph Schubert, by marriage to his daughter Laura. He was a chartered accountant who served, like his father-in-law, as a Montreal City Councillor (Category A, District no. 5) for several terms between 1940 and 1960. He also served as president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Quebec and as a Heritage Governor for the United Talmud Torahs of Montreal.
