The scrapbook contains a number of photographs of Michoels and Feffer alongside union leaders, politicians, celebrities, and notable Jewish figures during the American reception to the Soviet delegates held at the Polo Grounds in New York City.
The scrapbook also includes material from the delegates’ Montreal reception held on September 6 and 7, 1943 such as newspaper clippings, flyers, budgets, and other committee documents. Speeches from leading members of the Montreal Jewish community, like Samuel Bronfman, then President of the Canadian Jewish Congress, are also featured.
