Consists of two series: Series 1 contains organizational documents such as correspondence, receipts, and programmes and Series 2 is sheet music used by the Zimroh Choir of Montreal.

Consists of ephemeral and some documentary material related to both the Yavna B'nai Synagogue (such as correspondence related to the sale of the building) as well as artefacts originating from the Synagogue (parochet/curtains, electric menorah, kesser/sefer torah crowns). Also includes photographs of the synagogue and the Parnass family.

The fonds contains materials relating to Walter Joachim’s music career, from his early years in Montreal in the 1950’s to posthumous records and tributes of his life and legacy.
The materials in the fonds reflect Joachim’s professional life, and primarily cover the tour of Shanghai that he completed from 1987-1991 with his wife, and fellow music teacher Monique. The fonds comprises of correspondence with musicians and students, mainly students from China, and a large number of holiday and birthday cards. There is also ephemera from concerts, performances and events, including programs and news clippings represented in the fonds, along with tourist items collected in Shanghai with items like travel itineraries, maps and receipts.
The fonds contains over four hundred photographs that document early portraits of Joachim from the 1950’s to important events such as Joachim’s win at the awards ceremony for the Order of Canada and Quebec (in 1992 and 1995). Joachim and his wife Monique’s tour of Shanghai is well documented with many photographs of them teaching at the Shanghai Conservatory of music and at children’s schools.
Audio cassette tapes of recordings of Joachim’s students and performances are included in the fonds, along with several scores and associated ephemera. The fonds also contains the six medals awarded to Joachim from the Order of Canada, and the Order National du Quebec.

Fonds contains paper records related mostly to the political careers of Joseph Schubert and William V. Victor, including business correspondence, invitations, newspaper clippings, elections information, and handwritten notes. Also included are documents related to both men's involvements with community and professional organizations, and one file belonging to Laura Victor (nee Schubert).The fonds may have been assembled by Laura Victor.

This fonds contains personal documents, photographs, and correspondence belonging to Hyman and Lily Rafman. Also included here are documents and references to Steinberg's, Lily's family business.

Consists of organizational records, correspondence, form letters, press materials, lists and briefs from the Committee for Tax Supported Jewish Schools. Also contains mention of the need for French schools for North African immigrant Jewish children.

The fonds contains a scrapbook cataloguing the 1943 North American fundraising tour of Prof. Solomon Michoels and Lt. Col. Itzik Fefer, Soviet Delegates to the United States and Canada and members of the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee of the Soviet Republics, to bolster support for the Soviet war effort.

Consists of material related to the life of Shulamis Yelin, including her academic history, literary career, and community involvement. Includes manuscripts of her poetry, short stories, typescripts, radio shows, as well as related correspondences, legal materials, and awards. Recordings of various readings and speeches, with their corresponding promotional material, also included.
