United Jewish People's OrderFonds consists of administrative records on the running and organization of the school, student activities, teachers, activities, special occasions and parent involvement, as well as photographs.
United Talmud TorahFonds contains paper records related mostly to the political careers of Joseph Schubert and William V. Victor, including business correspondence, invitations, newspaper clippings, elections information, and handwritten notes. Also included are documents related to both men's involvements with community and professional organizations, and one file belonging to Laura Victor (nee Schubert).The fonds may have been assembled by Laura Victor.
Schubert, Joseph, 1889-1952The fonds contains materials relating to Walter Joachim’s music career, from his early years in Montreal in the 1950’s to posthumous records and tributes of his life and legacy.
The materials in the fonds reflect Joachim’s professional life, and primarily cover the tour of Shanghai that he completed from 1987-1991 with his wife, and fellow music teacher Monique. The fonds comprises of correspondence with musicians and students, mainly students from China, and a large number of holiday and birthday cards. There is also ephemera from concerts, performances and events, including programs and news clippings represented in the fonds, along with tourist items collected in Shanghai with items like travel itineraries, maps and receipts.
The fonds contains over four hundred photographs that document early portraits of Joachim from the 1950’s to important events such as Joachim’s win at the awards ceremony for the Order of Canada and Quebec (in 1992 and 1995). Joachim and his wife Monique’s tour of Shanghai is well documented with many photographs of them teaching at the Shanghai Conservatory of music and at children’s schools.
Audio cassette tapes of recordings of Joachim’s students and performances are included in the fonds, along with several scores and associated ephemera. The fonds also contains the six medals awarded to Joachim from the Order of Canada, and the Order National du Quebec.

Fonds consists of textual, graphic and artefact materials created by the Worker's Circle from the early 1900's to 2024. The fonds Contains the operating records of the Worker's Circle, its committees, Montreal branches, choir, the Abraham Reisen school program, and correspondence with the central Worker's Circle office in New York City.

Mamelak, YaakovThe fonds consists of 8 files of textual materials, in addition to one audiocassette and two pieces of clothing making up a uniform. The textual materials primarily concern the Jewish Defense League in the United States and Canada, and the role of Yakov Gafni within the organization. The audiocassette and uniform are stored with the textual records. The audiocassette contains in interview with Yacov Gafni conducted in March, 2000.
Gafni, YakovConsists of ephemeral and some documentary material related to both the Yavna B'nai Synagogue (such as correspondence related to the sale of the building) as well as artefacts originating from the Synagogue (parochet/curtains, electric menorah, kesser/sefer torah crowns). Parnass, PinchasThe bulk of the materials in the fonds relate to Yetta Feldman Chmiel's career as a poetry reciter and performer. This takes the form of newspaper clippings--many of which come from Keneder Adler, and most of which are in Yiddish--which detail her performances and contributions, programmes about particular events, and letters of thanks for her contributions from relevant institutions. Many of the events and performances referenced in the materials are associated with Labour Zionism, Pioneer Women's Organization, and the Jewish Public Library. Additionally, playbills, newspaper clippings, and photographs from several plays Feldman Chmiel partook in at the Segal Centre for Performing Arts (then the Saidye Bronfman Centre) are in the fonds.
The majority of the fonds' material is contained within a single scrapbook, but two files of loose textual records--one containing Feldman Chmiel's own poetry, the other containing mostly correspondence and newspaper clippings--can also be found in the fonds.
