Consists of certificates awarded to both Maurice and Leah Ogulnik from a Polish university, a typewriting class certificate from the minister of education of Quebec, a bachelor of Arts certificate from a Canadian University awarded to L. Ogulnik. As well as a Certificate of Military Qualification for M. Ogulnik. Also includes a plaque honouring L. Ogulnik.

Contains a brass trophy with inscription, "In appreciation of the faithful services and devotion in the erection of the Hebrew Educational Institute - The Building Fund Council presents this token of esteem to Ald. Max Seigler on the occasion of its dedication, Montreal, May 31st, 1931." Max Seigler was the municipal counsellor of Laurier.
