Scope and content
The Artefact Collection consists of a series of disparate objects donated to the Jewish Public Library Archives over a span of decades and by a number of different donors. The provenance of some of the objects in unconfirmed.
The Collection contains 8 Yiddish and Hebrew typewriters, a number of early-to-mid twentieth-century pieces of technology (including music players, projectors, perforators, and adding machines), and a number of menorahs, collection tins, and other miscellany.
