This series consists of that material that provides evidence to additional professional and personal activities in the entertainment industry by Mr. Gesser. This series also includes biographical information supplied through articles featuring Mr. Gesser as well as recognition received including induction into the Order of Canada in 1993.
Fonds consists of scripts, promotional material, newspaper clippings and correspondence related to Chayele Grober's career in theatre. Fonds comprises a single series of twenty files. The Fonds contains a large amount of correspondence received by Mr. and Mrs. Ravitch from C. Grober, possibly indicating that all or part of the Fonds was first collected by them prior to donation.

This series consists of production files, arranged chronologically, for the various concerts, performances, tours, and events produced by Sam Gesser under Samuel Gesser Productions and, later, Gesser Enterprises.
- This file contains six reels of material produced by Sam Gesser: “Musical Strings”, produced in the 1950s for CBC radio, “Canadian Town Hall”, a festival of Canadian Folk Music, “World of Music”, produced in the 1950s for CBC, and “La Belle Helene” (3 acts).

Series 1 includes textual records and photographs, which are arranged chronologically by the event or concert. Series 2 includes textual records, photographs and audiovisual material of associated professional and personal material that reflects Mr. Gesser’s long-standing involvement in the Montreal and Canadian entertainment field. These records are arranged by topic. Files also include newspaper clippings for information and reference purposes.

Item consists of a supplementary issue of Unzer Sztyme, a Yiddish periodical printed in 1946. Anthology of Songs and Poems from the Ghettos and Concentration Camps features a cover with a colour illustration, and typed black and white interior pages as well as colour illustrations, photographs, and musical scores. Anthology of Songs and Poems from the Ghettos and Concentration Camps was arranged by Zamy Feder and edited by David Rosenthal and Paul Trepman.
