Jacobson, Tressa, 1908-The fonds primarily contains records pertaining to Una Shecter's teaching career, including her own academic records, diplomas and certifications, and correspondence with and letters of recommendation from Jewish People's Schools and the Protestant School Board. It also contains a number of letters of thanks and well-wishes from Shecter's students, dating back to her English-teaching stint with immigrants at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim. A few personal documents, like medical records and receipts, are also contained in the fonds.
