Second man from the left in the top row is Hirsch Wolofsky. The Yiddish indicates that one of them men is Aaron Wolofsky, brother of Hirsch, most likely the first on the left. The Yiddish also indicates that one of the men is Menashe Lavut, who has been identified as the second man from the right between Hirsch Wolofsky and Adolph Stark.
